Cozy, quiet 4 bed, 2 full-bath newly renovated House (flooring, countertops, paint and decor). Beds, linens, pillows, desks, dressers, mirrors in each room (walk-in closets in 3 rooms). Enjoy 1 acre of fenced yard and fruit trees. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped Kitchen with large island table and full pantry.

Enjoy easy access to all Stillwater has to offer: 2 minutes from Payne County fairgrounds, 8 minutes from town, 8 minutes from Sparrow Beginnings Venue, and 10 minutes from OSU.

Quiet country home close to town. House on an acre, fully fenced. Fruit trees front and back of house. Newly remodeled.

All accessible, master closet used for storage.

Communication done mainly through app, call for emergencies
