  • The Cottage on 9th Avenue is a charming, historic, turn of the century house that has been updated with all the modern amenities . It’s med-century, folk art vibes are the perfect home base for any trip to Stillwater. The house has two full sized bedrooms, including two queen beds plus a separate office space with a child bed/sofa chair and a cozy 3rd bedroom with a twin bed. Each bedroom has its own AC unit along with centrally located heating and air units. Guests have plenty of room to relax and unwind. The single bathroom features a hair dryer for added convenience and locally made goats milk soaps. Whether you’re working remotely or need a quiet spot to read, the cool office space offers a peaceful retreat. All the parking is in the rear of the home.
