Boho 405 - DI Home Rentals

Boho 405 is a brand new build, centrally located in Cowboy Country. Whether you're coming in to cheer on our Cowboys, visit family or attend one of the many events Stillwater has to offer, you can enjoy your stay at our chic 1 bed/1 bath home. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the living room has a queen sleeper and a stacked washer/dryer is available. The home is walking distance from downtown, several eateries and is less than 2 miles from OSU campus.

Coming in with a larger group? The property next door to the east is also one of our short-term rentals.

Other things to note:
The south end of the property backs up the the city recycling center. Guests have told us that the business opens early on Saturday mornings. Ear plugs are provided if noise is an issue.

We are currently working on the aesthetics of the location. We purchased multiple properties at once and are rebuilding them one at a time.

There was not a speck of dirt in the place, and the location was great for visiting OSU. The pullout bed was actually comfortable! The bedding was bright white and luxuriously soft. Also, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This cute little 1 bedroom home was perfect for my husband & I! Clean accommodation & great little amenities. They have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. Its in a quiet neighborhood so we were able to sleep well. My only regret was that we didnt have time to enjoy the back patio. Just not enough time in the day. Would definately stay again.

What a cute, clean, and comfortable property. It was nicely furnished and decorated. The property manager included many nice touches -- left snacks and water, had a very nice luggage rack, great towels, a comfortable bed, and more. Weekend Trip to visit son

We usually stay in a hotel but decided to try a VRBO this time - so glad we did! This is the perfect place. It’s cozy and clean and has everything you need. It’s a good location - just a quick drive to anywhere you’d want to go while in Stillwater. Communication was quick and easy and check-in/check-out process was simple. It was a 1 night stay for a concert at The Weed. Very clean place and the location worked well for us, since we were only there for one night. There is a new construction going up right beside but we were up early enough their noise did not matter. We will stay again if we are back in Stillwater.

Small, adorable house with tasteful decor! The house smelled so clean & inviting, furniture was comfy, kitchen & bathroom were updated with beautiful decor, and the flooring was absolutely gorgeous throughout. The bedding was so comfortable & inviting and lotions, soft fragrant towels, soaps, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and room sprays were top notch! The owners were great about communicating with me before arrival and responded quickly with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and again!
