Located on Kent Island, this home boasts breathtaking views from multiple spots both in and outside the home. After grilling a homemade dinner, chill out in the hot tub (open Fall-Late Spring) on one of the other 2 back decks on the house. Nice location

Lovely location. Convenient to our friends’ wedding venue. Unfortunately, there was no fire pit as described, but enjoyed sitting by the water.

We did girls weekend and stayed here. This house was not only beautiful but big enough to accommodate all of us. The view we had sitting in the hot tub was amazing! If you are planning to stay in Kent island or the surrounding area I highly recommend this place!!

We love staying here. The home is lovely and everything is in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked. The screened in porch is fantastic. As was the deck right above the water. It was fun to watch the boats and the birds go by well sitting facing the bay. We recommend this place!

Nice week-long getaway

The house is very nice, has comfortable furniture, all the amenities we could want. Great views and sunsets. We didn’t use the hot tub because the heat wave was already too hot for us but utilized the “dock deck” daily. Was great watching the water traffic on the Chesapeake and the small planes taking off and landing at the airfield a few houses down. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic four days

The house was perfect, and the spot on the bay was perfect, which made for a great weekend together for our family. We took advantage of the water, the local golf course the bike path and the beautiful decks. We cooked for ourselves like we were at home, and experienced local flavor. Regards, Paul

Great bay getaway

Despite the rainy weather from hurricane Debby, our family enjoyed our stay at this house/ property. The property was well appointed and we didn’t need for anything. We loved the porch, the dock and the water views. The house was very clean and there was plenty of space to spread out if needed. It was a peaceful getaway. Our hosts were wonderful and were easy to contact and helpful with information.

Seize the Bay

We enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing. We had plenty of room for our group of 8. I would suggest a Cecil fan in the back bedroom that doesn’t have one since that room doesn’t have an air conditioner vent. It is a very nice place to stay. We were there for a wedding at Kent Island Resort.

Niece Naval Academy Graduation

This place was perfect. We came town for the Naval Graduation and last trip to Annapolis visited the island and fell in love. Everything about our stay was incredible. The layout of the house was perfect and the view was amazing. The bathrooms were clean and way than more than enough extra towels . Kitchen was very well supplied for cooking. Highly recommend you travel a short distance up road to Libby's to eat. 100% would bring family back here.

Amazing trip at Seize the Bay

This is a beautiful home on a beautiful property! Everything was just as described and pictured in the listing. Sitting out on the deck watching the sunset over the bay was spectacular. This was a great place to hang out and have fun with family. Just a short walk down the street is a restaurant with a tiki bar on the beach. We took a 15 minute drive to Annapolis for shopping and a visit to the naval base. Overall a great time was had by everyone. We hope to visit again next year!

Excellent property. Everything is described on the website but the owners have taken care to have all of the kitchen accoutrements available that one could use. The hot tub is excellent; as is the dock seating to watch incredible sunsets. There are plenty of books and novels to read - and a very nice touch is the “night lights” positioned throughout the house for night owls. A truly stunning property and easy to access.

Best birthday ever!

This is an absolutely stunning property and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Came here to celebrate my birthday and relax and this property did not disappoint. Really enjoyed the ocean front views, the jacuzzi was wonderful, and loved the sitting area on the dock. Everything is clean, and the kitchen is great and has everything you need to cook meals. This is such a peaceful environment and truly a rare experience. I could not have had a better place to celebrate my birthday. A big thank you to the owners for everything.

Very nice, beds are really firm as an fyi. Clean and a great location. The fire pit just went out before we got there. I would get that replaced asap as it was disappointing not to have it on the pier to enjoy during the evenings. The ceiling fan in the Bay bedroom didn’t work.

Beautiful accommodations in great location

We chose this lovely home as the venue for a 80th birthday getaway for our mother (for 8 adults). Her request was a place for the family to gather for games, conversation and laughter, and also be in a prime location to visit other towns, including Annapolis. This home fit the bill. It was very clean and well-appointed, with lots of gathering spaces. 3 of the 4 bathrooms appeared to be newly renovated. The only downside was that the hot tub was not in working order, as advertised. Due to inclement weather for the majority of our stay, we did not realize this until our last day. We did mention this to the rental company, who was quick to respond, but was not able to get anyone to the property to clean and fix it in time for us to enjoy it. Despite this disappointment, we all agreed that we wouldn't hesitate to return to this home.

Perfect for a family get together

We were looking for a waterfront property on one level for my elderly mother to join us for a family get-together. This house was just right for our needs. It was clean, well-equipped and had lots of thoughtful touches, like a scope and binoculars on the sunporch to bird watch and watch the activity out on the bay. The waterside deck was a lovely place to watch the sunset (although there is no longer a gas firepit on the dock, as was described in the listing and the welcome email). But the hot tub was easy to access, and had the same great views. Being at the house was so lovely that we cancelled reservations to go out to dinner so that we could enjoy another evening sitting on the dock, just relaxing. We were all sad to leave the expansive water views.

Great well appointed home for a relaxing family holiday

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home. We felt welcomed from the moment we booked the property, the management company was quick to confirm reservation, give us a list of recommendations for all activities, and well as accurately describe the check in process. Once we arrived we found the property exactly as described. The home was warm and inviting and provided plenty of space for the 7 of us. We loved spending time watching football around the fireplace and also playing card games in the kitchen table which was large enough to seat us all. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had all the needed equipment for meals. The sun porch was absolutely perfect. While it was cold and windy the porch was warm and cozy. The space even had heaters to ensure it was able to be enjoyed all year long. We loved bird watching, reading, and watching the sunsets on the porch. The hot tub located just off the deck was clean and in perfect working order- an added bonus to an already great home. We truly had a great experience at this home and would not hesitate to book it again in the future.

Pictures Don’t Do It Justice!

This is an amazing house in a great location with an amazing view. Beautiful and very spacious inside with everything you could possibly need while on vacation! The house is warm, clean and cozy. We walked up to the bar and grill up the street several times, which was so convenient. The iTrip staff was wonderful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. We were extremely happy with our choice to rent this home and will be renting it again on our next visit.

My family has a wonderful stay at Kent Island. Relax and enjoy the scenery

We had a wonderful time staying at this spacious, clean and view friendly home. The bay is so close views from inside the house and the back porch are beautiful. Views from the decks on the house are incredible but the deck on the water is huge and absolutely amazing! The bridge is easily viewed from here, it’s like a public beach town deck but it is all yours. The house itself is very large inside with an open easy to work in kitchen. Plenty of parking. Local restaurants were very good, beaches and parks are nice.
