Beautiful place! Had everything there for a great vacation!

The place was very clean , had all the things in the home to make your stay wonderful!!!! Kitchen stocked with cooking equipment, towels for the pool, and the was owner was a great host.

Great stay on Kent Island!

We had a great stay at this vacation home. From the time we booked the vacation, communication with the host, John, was great. He is very responsive.The home exceeded our expectations. This location is beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring, swimming in the gorgeous pool, and spending time relaxing with family on the wraparound porches.We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Great Family Get Away

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and inviting when we arrived. My grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub. The location was also a plus. Close to a grocery store and my granddaughters favorite, Target! We also enjoy going into Annapolis. Such a quaint town.John was a wonderful host and available to answer any questions. We certainly will return!

Family time

This property is amazing. Wonderful location to The Narrows, Annapolis, Saint Michaels, wonderful restaurants, parks and trails. The amenities were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of paper products , soaps, towels, pool toys. Wonderful for a large family and great for small children. The pool was beautiful.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property is even better in person than the listing pictures! It was very clean, well-equipped, with great views and amenities. We enjoyed a perfect family vacation by the pool and taking advantage of area attractions. The hosts are very kind and welcoming! Can’t wait to come back some day.

Our family had the best time at this property! The hosts were so kind and accommodating and the home with a pool and view could not have been better! USNA Commissioning Weekend

Our family flew in from Texas for USNA Commissioning and we could not have been happier with this property. The home was comfortable and well appointed and our family of 10 was able to all stay together. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the gorgeous grounds. We were a short 15-20 min drive to Annapolis, but were far enough away to avoid the busy downtown during Commissioning Week. John was helpful and communicative and was extremely helpful.

Weekend Getaway

Had a great time staying here with my friends! We had not seen each other in a long time so it was great having such a large space to spread out in. The outdoor spaces were amazing with the pool and hot tub. The fire pit was a major bonus too! We loved having enough space inside to spread out too. We were looking for a great place to stay and definetely found it in this property. The one thing we wish we would have noticed sooner was that we were in the guest house connected to a main house that had the owners in it, but it did not hinder anything about our stay. They were very nice owners and were very courteous, even building a fire for us to roast s'mores. Can not wait to come back again in the future!

The reviews don't lie!

I read almost all of the reviews on this property and thought wow, could it really be that nice? Well, it is. When our kids were smaller, we took vacations to the beach as they got older, they just wanted to go somewhere quiet, fish and relax. John's place was perfect for us. The listing is very accurate, and John was wonderful to work with and very responsive to my questions. The property is just beautiful and peaceful. Shopping and lots of great restaurants are all very close by. I am quite certain we will visit again!

CONGRATULATIONS! You have found the best house on Kent Island and all of VRBO.We just finished an incredible stay here and were blown away from the moment we pulled up the driveway. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The amenities truly went above and beyond. The outdoor spaces are immaculate and luxurious, with a wraparound porch on both levels and a breathtaking pool. Our family especially enjoyed the daily deer sightings on the property.As for the host, John was extremely hospitable. His attention to detail is unmatched. He was accessible, accommodating, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.We will forever cherish the family memories we made here. If you're lucky enough to see this place available, book it!

So relaxing!!

This was our first VRBO experience and it was wonderful. The rental provided more than our expectations. It was a beautiful site and extremely clean.The host was friendly, kind and easily reachable.
