Birthday retreat

Wine tastings and beachcombing and fun times with family. Fishing in the pond off the patio and cooking on the grill. Good time had by all.

Exceptional!

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful fall trip with our adult children and spouses. We enjoyed the hot tub and lake. Outdoor area with grill, heater and fire pits was so enjoyable. Place had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Rhoby the host was very good! Communications and instructions were good Accommodations were spot on as stated! Awesome location and private but you can travel shortly to public beaches and grocery!! Would book again for sure!

Perfect!

The house is just 100 yds from a clean sandy beach. I got up early everyday and read on a lounge chair and listened to birdsong. We saw turtles sunning themselves and a great blue heron flew overhead while we were canoeing on the small private lake We were unable to work the tv so, after some phone conversations, the owners drove down from Chicago to bring us a new tv! We stayed for 10 days but it wasn’t long enough!

Nifty Nifty, he turned 60!

My husband turned 60, and we stayed for a long weekend with our adult children and their spouses. Unfortunately, it rained on and off all but one day, but it was a light rain and we still had an amazing time. Everyone put their phones down and spent time playing games and visiting. The sunny day we all had sunkissed skin while we enjoyed with water with the boats and floats. One suggestion would be to put a shallow tray of water outside the door to rinse your feet being such a sandy property and it's bare foot, toes in the sand weather. It greatly reduced the sand we tracked in the house. We used the shoe tray by the front door. :D Thank you, for the wonderful stay and memorable weekend.

Great getaway on a beautiful lake!

Perfect place with a beautiful modern feel to spend your getaway! The house is perfect and gorgeous we will go back in the summer next time!
