Comfort home located in central Stevens point, close to UWSP (drive in 5 minutes), Sentry world (drive in 6 minutes) and the Hospital. Great location for family gather and parents visit! This house needs only 1 min drive to Kwik trip, Walgreens, and UPS. It is in a quite and peaceful community. Less than 2 mins drive to Wisconsin river. Fenced yard provided more privacy. A family bar in the basement provides fun and relaxing time. Note this is the entire left unit of this side by side duplex, offering a truly exclusive experience. With its own separate entrance and no shared walls with the neighboring unit, you'll enjoy complete privacy and independence.

The home was very cozy, and the owner, Susan, was very accessible and helpful. She even had cold water bottles and snacks for us when we arrived!
