"Nice quiet hotel in downtown Point. The staff was excellent even with a 2:00 am arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back."

"There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel."

"Excellent place to stay the night before Sand Valley"

"We loved the house and plan on going back in future when weather is warmer. House very clean, they have everything you could need. Tons of games for kids and adults. We enjoyed the smokeless firepit while watching the calm lake. We saw deer by the water 2 of our 4 night stay. Used the kayaks and the pedal boat our 5 and 3 year old loved the water and also playing in sand with sand toys provided. Thank you for helping us make memories to last a lifetime. Missy"

"Could be cleaner. Staff was kind and helpful. Pool was nice - hot tub needed cleaning and more water. Breakfast was eggs sausage biscuit and gravy and waffles, cereal yogurt, breads. Fruit only on weekends. Like coffee was available all day. Bathrooms needed cleaning to be finished with repair in pool area. Carpet needed vacuuming but room was clean. Appreciated clean towels sheets etc-"

"John and Maggie are fantastic hosts! This is our 2nd year of a guys weekend; golfing, bowling, playing pool, ping pong, darts, etc.The home is spacious, clean and quiet. We will certainly be returning next year!"
