This Hotel covers the basic's. It was a very good hotel for that price range (S150). If your looking for more than this is not for you. If you want a cheaper room without all the fancy treatment this will fit the bill.

The check in was done via kiosk. After dealing with a kiosk you were told an attendant would give you the room key. The attendant was friendly and helpful. Stepping into the motel and seeing a machine was not a good first impression. If an attendant is needed to distribute a room key, why not have a person for the complete check in? The room was clean & breakfast was typical. This is an older motel.

Check in is Via kiosk with video of man of Indian descent and strong accent… difficult to communicate. Process was longer than it should have been. Did not have breakfast; rooms and property clean and comfortable. A/C worked good. You will get a knock on your door at 11am sharp if you haven’t checked out. Good location. Great price!

The whole stay was awesome. From check in to check out. The hotel was easy to get to from the highway. Our room was VERY clean and updated . The bed was so comfortable I melted into it. The TV was huge. The water pressure in the shower was excellent! Nice hot water. Loved the kuerig coffee maker in the room. The hot breakfast was all good and fresh. I highly suggest staying there when you are in the area.

The room was clean and amazing. Great environment and amenities. everything in the room worked and turned on. but no channels worked on the t v. i could not access any of my apps on the t v. and I could not screen mirror any of my devices to the t v. so essentially my entire vacation, the t v did not work and we were stuck watching phones or tablets.. each and every time I went to the front desk, there was no person there or available. Would the TV had worked upon arrival or there had been an available attendant at all through my stay, it would have been a great experience.

The staff was friendly but check in was complicated due to the fact that no one was at the desk. There was a computer monitor that began speaking to me and I had to turn in circles to find it. I am a bit technically challenged and following his instructions on placing my ID and credit card in specific places on the unit was confusing. There is no elevator. Perhaps this isn't unusual, but carrying my luggage up the steps was tedious. (I'm 72 and sometimes have difficulty with stairs.) I was there 7 nights and no one came in to empty trash or bring clean towels. Maybe I'm responsible for making the request? The breakfast provided was great. A nice variety of food. Overall, the experience was fine. Some of the details were annoying, but I would stay there again because of the reasonable price.

I was disappointed with my stay at the Stevens Point Baymont. I arrived shortly before 3pm, I was greeted by the clerk who was sitting in a lounge area off to the side of the lobby, he spoke broken english, and would be reverting back to his native language with some of his associates off and on. he asked for my drivers license, which I expected, I then asked if he needed my credit card, first said no, then said yes because he needed a $100 holding charge. no problem. He then assigned me to room 304, gave me my key, once I arrived to my room, I discovered it had not been cleaned, with the beds not changed, needless to say, I was not happy. I quickly returned to the front desk, the clerk did promptly reassigned me to another room on the first floor, but did not apologize for the ineptness of him and the staff. on a more positive note, my room was clean, I had a good night's rest, and the breakfast amenities were more than adequate. In closing, this location of Baymont Inn needs to get it's act together by the time guests arrive to check in.
