"We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and comfortable. Whatever problem we thought we had was solved with a video. Found some good restaurants to eat at in the area. Would have liked more coat/ towel hooks and a sink in the bathroom. This is not a deal breaker. Just would have made things easier. Next time we will have the hot tub heated prior to our arrival."

"Given room that was down a horrible smelling hallway. Room was not vacuumed with visible large pieces of debris on floor. Room had plumbing sounds intermittently every few seconds. Asked to be moved. Moved to a “upgraded us to a suite for our troubles” which had holes in carpeting and more noises in hallway throughout the night intermittently which destroyed the night’s sleep while away from home. Would not recommend. Dirty and will not stay here again. This was 3rd time staying and other 2 stays were some time ago, but not filthy like this stay."

"We had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels for everyone. We kept the Keurig busy, enjoyed toast and bagels prepared in the toaster oven. The host offered pretty much everything we could need during our stay. Played a game of Life, watched TV, and braved the cold to walk across the street and down the short path to Lake Ontario. Beautiful view, even in the early Spring."
