Staff was very professional and upbeat and kind upon check-in. They reminded me to add my Bonvoy account number and the process was super quick. The rooms were a nice size - which is significant in Times Square. The location is perfect. I would absolutely stay here again.

Room was clean. I love the fact that house keeping cleaned my room and made my bed after the first night. Roof top food and drinks were good but pricey. The walls are thin. Could hear loud music and laughter until after 2:30a. Overall it was a nice stay.

The Hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely kind attentive. Only down fall was the Hot water was broken that weekend.
