"Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the valley - wonderful sunrise views. Property is well maintained and rooms/bathrooms well appointed. One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...

"Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer und Personal, man fühlte sich wohl und willkommen. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gemütlich, der Biergarten phänomenal und die Küche inkl. Frühstück sehr lecker. Einzig der Außenbereich um das Hotel herum könnte etwas mehr Zuwendung gebrauchen, was aber zum Teil auch den noch laufenden Renovierungsarbeiten geschuldet sein kann. "It's the almost perfect hotel for us. Gentle stroll into the town. Small, family run, plain tasteful decor, high quality linen. It almost seems churlish to make any criticism. It's a while since we have been but it's good to see everything is as we remembered it . Above all there are no pets "

"Great location, breakfast was very good. Great traditional German food nearby. Only downside is when traveling by train, it is a pretty long hike to hotel when you have a lot of heavy bags."
