Es war einen wunderschönen Wochen. Die Wohnung war perfekt. Selbst unseren Hunden haben sich Wohlgefühlt. Aussicht aus dem Terrasse auf dem Ostsee wunderschön.
Was uns gestört hat die ganzen Fahrradfahrer. Aggressiv, schnell und ohne Rücksicht fahren die vorbei.

Wohnung ist völlig in Ordnung. Ja, die Möbel sind nicht mehr neu. Aber alles ist intakt und funktioniert ohne Einschränkungen. Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt, es fehlt nichts. Aufgefallen ist uns sehr positiv, dass trotz der vielen Wohnungen im Haus, nicht das kleinste Geräusch zu hören. Die Terasse ist zwar klein, aber man kann direkt in den riesigen Garten davor gehen. Unschlagbar ist die absolute Strandnähe (1 Minute). Am Strand keine Gebühren und immer Platz. Fazit: immer wieder.

Der Service war gut....
Der Service war gut. Die defekte Lampe im Bad wurde unverzüglich ausgetauscht und auch die Kaffeemaschine war innerhalb von Stunden erneuert. Die Möblierung ist im Schlafzimmer, wie auch im Wohnzimmer erneuerungswürdig, aber nutzbar. Fehlende und abgebrochene Schrankschlüssel erwecken nicht den Eindruck einer super gepflegten Wohnung. Das gilt auch für die Endreinigung. Das Schlafzimmer hat schon länger keine Grundreinigung gesehen, wobei die Staubschicht als Maßstab für diese Bemerkung dient. Wirklich schade ist, dass die Mini-Terrasse so im Schatten liegt, dass die Sonne niemals eine Chance hat, diese zu erreichen (jedenfalls nicht im September). Gefehlt hat uns eine Fußmatte im Innenbereich, um auf den Fliesen nicht wegzurutschen mit feuchten Schuhen.Irritiert waren wir von den intensiven Kochgerüchen, die ohne Nutzung der eigenen Küche über die Dunstabzugshaube in die Wohnung drang.Die Lage war super, aber beim nächsten Mal würden wir eine andere Wohnung im Haus vorziehen.

Ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen
Ich war bereits zum x-ten Mal in einer Ferienwohnung von appartement-service-laboe und immer sehr zufrieden.
Auch in dieser Wohnung haben wir schon den einen oder anderen Urlaub verbracht. Ich möchte nur darum bitten, dass Sie aufpassen, dass die Wohnung(seinrichtung) nicht nach und nach herunterkommt. zB Wasserhahn tropfte bei Hebelstand auf kalt, bei warm hörte es auf. Arbeitsplattenabschlussleiste (nicht schön) geklebt. Glastüre an Gläserschrank fehlt. Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer nicht vollumfähig funktionsfähig.
Fazit: alles nichts dramatisches für sich, aber in der Ansammlung sollte man eben aufpassen, dass nicht immer mehr geringe Mängel hinzukommen.
