  • The very comfortable and modern equipped apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment complex, directly on the Baltic Sea and close to the seaside resort of Laboe. The apartment comprises a sea view from all windows and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Kiel Inner Fjord and a nature reserve with a stream. You can observe every ship and every sunset directly from your sofa; in the morning you can watch the sunset through the window by the kitchen unit. The apartment comprises a living/dining room with a kitchen unit, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. Parking is available in front of the house. Wonderful hiking and cycling trails start directly in front of the door; a flat, sandy beach is located in 50 m. Laboe can be reached in 5 minutes by bike and offers all amenities of a modern seaside resort with various shopping facilities, medical care as well as diverse gastronomy.
