"View was great, staff was great, but had water leaking in my room the last two days of stay which cause engineering to come to my room about 10 times while I attempted to sleep. Wasn’t offered any accommodations or refunds for the issues. Left a bad taste right before leaving"

"Had an issue with the ac in the middle of the night, I could have alerted the staff and I’m sure they would have helped but it was in the middle of me sleeping and would have been worse to wait up or change rooms at that time. Everything else was excellent."
