We had a wonderful stay here! Took a couple of days to check out the Big South Fork and surrounding areas. Conveniently located near Cumberland falls, and the eastern entrance of the BSF. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are newly remodeled and clean. Room came with a larger size mini fridge and a microwave. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying here this year. It was a great stop both times- comfortable beds, AC was cranking so well, the updates look so nice, and there’s so many places for charging devices! The staff was also great to see and interact with. We didn’t have an issues at all and they are so friendly and greet you like friends! We will definitely stay here again when we come out or through this way.

Set back from the road, nice, needs more visible signs, quiet, nice pool, upgrades that are done and being done really makes this place a nice motel. Gm nice guy, really appreciate his customer service, close to some local attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks 👍

The staff was great. We travel with our dog and they were great to work with. The have a small breakfast, there is a cafe next door. And up the street is a Kroger, and several fast food places. The property was clean, beds comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to folks.

Small hotel, very clean, updated. No in room coffee, but has a kuerig in lobby. Staff very helpful. Its quiet, you dont hear much road noise. Pool wasnt working when I was there. Room is comfy. Bed is comfy. Both fridge and AC worked and were fairly quiet. Had a problem with tv. Couldnt call front desk from room, had to walk down there. That was kind of a pia. Overall, thumbs up.

Dont let the outside fool you. The first thing we experienced was an awesome staff. Checking in was a breeze. Very personable people. When we got to our room we were pleased to see a clean updated room. I had issues with the remote to the tv so i took it down to the front desk and he replaced the batteries for me and told me how to use it which fixed my issues. The bed was clean and super comfy. It was a very quiet night, we had no problem getting a goods night sleep. It would have been nice to have had a coffee pot in our room. The breakfast they had was just cereal and fruit which wasnt to our liking so we skipped that. There was no place to sit and eat anyway. We felt like our stay was just fine for what we paid and would definitely stay again.

Check in took a bit long, but the couple running it were nice. Room was nicer than expected and everything seemed quite clean. Pretty short on amenities, really missed my coffee and basically no breakfast.
