"When we arrived the temperature in the condo was 51 degrees. All 4 thermostats were shut off. With that temperature the condo was inhabitable.We dropped off our luggage, turned on the heat and left for 1 1/2 hours. Prior to arriving we were advised that an early check-in would involve an additional fee. However with the room temp as it was there was certainly no previous guest there for days.
