"Kookaburra Lodge was a great place to stay for our first time to Halls Gap. Right in town and even walking distance away from some of the Grampians trails! Simple, clean rooms and friendly staff. I really enjoyed it."

"Stayed 2 nights in Room 11 which is at rear of the property and well off the Highway which is subject to considerable truck traffic all night long - We have stayed here several times and stayed in a room at the front on one occasion - noise was very bad all night - stay at the rear and you’ll be fine - the room are spotless and have tastefully modernised- fitted with an efficient split system A/C and a large Flat Screen TV with numerous standard and cable s channels. Microwave in room and light Breakfast supplied in Brekkie Room - parking outside your room - very well run properly and will certainly stay here again. Bed and Shower both good - hosts very hospitable."
