Modern apartment completed in 2025, located in the attractive Jåttåvågen area of Stavanger. Central location with free on-site parking. Short distance to Stavanger city centre, Sandnes, and Stavanger Airport.
Close to shopping centres, DNB Arena, the new Stavanger University Hospital (SUS), Kongeparken amusement park, Pulpit rock, and numerous hiking opportunities. Viking FC Stadium and Damp Sauna are just a short walk from the apartment.
Easy access to workplaces in Jåttåvågen, Forus, Stavanger, and Sandnes, as well as the ONS 2026 forum. Very well suited for business travellers, with fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.

Bedroom 2: Features a 90 cm bed intended for one guest, a clothing rack, and direct access to its own private terrace.
Living room: Equipped with a new and comfortable sofa (can be used as a bed but is not extendable), TV with basic channels and streaming services, as well as books and board games. Direct access from the living room to the main terrace, which includes outdoor seating and an electric grill. The terrace enjoys sunshine for most of the day.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need, including a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, and tableware. A selection of coffee, tea, and some chocolate is always included.
Bathroom: Bright and modern, with all essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. A washing machine is also available for guest use. The outdoor area is very child-friendly, green, and pleasant. Guests may also use the shared rooftop terrace with views of the fjord and the Hinna/Jåttåvågen area. Within a 5-minute walk you’ll find a train station, bus stops, Viking Stadium, shopping centre, gym, sauna, beach, and scenic walking trails.
