"We got our key card after getting help from someone staying there as she was walking out the door. Then we had a very hard time getting the door to our room open. The room was adequate but nothing to make it special. We felt like we were staying at the big hotel in the movie “The Shining”. There was nobody around and not a sound. Kind of creepy."

"We really looked forward to staying here but our stay was absolutely ruined by smokers next door. We paid extra for a harbour view which was lovely but we could not open the window or sit on the shared balcony because our room was next to a smoking room and the guests there exercised their right to smoke. When we mentioned this in the morning the customer service was appalling with the receptionist shrugging her shoulders and asking what she could do. Well; for one thing not have a smoking room...

"All great. Excellent hotel. Note that there isn’t much around it, short walking distance, other than Equinor offices, a small supermarket and a sushi place. Public transport to airport 20 min walk, but taxis come within minutes, but are much more expensive. Staff and facilities are excellent."

"Lovely location short walk from central train station albeit very uphill. Hotel has a hip urban vibe and most welcoming and friendly customer service on checking and otherwise. Breakfast was amazing, and really exceeded my expectations. Really good selection of food. Nice rooftop overlooking the city and plenty to do, see and eat around"
