"NOT STAFFED 24/7 You cannot arrive after 10 pm, you will be locked out. What a horror! Not sure what tiny segment of the population still finds this arrangement useful. Otherwise perfunctory and clean. Earplugs provided and were effective against the noise of the street. "

(Common in Europe) People half naked in the wood staircase Nobody telling us if actual fire or false alarm Fire department should Know about that asap Nobody wants to experience another drama Like at Cran Montana Expedia should do something official about this situation. Confort : room with a view on the gardens : no way to open the 2 windows we were suffocating Bathroom : no heater so freezing ! "

"The rooms are very cool for budget traveling. You get a little wooden cabin inside a larger room. Ours had two beds atop eachother but unfortunately no private bathroom. Bathrooms are ok but not great (like a hostel). Community areas are very nice."
