Availability at a much needed time, (Hurricane Helene)
The staff was kind and helpful. This propery is under much needed renovation but I feel that they are working on it.

Disliked: Staff & service
Property were clean, advised pool and there were no pool, advertised breakfast there was no breakfast but paying for pool and breakfast said renovating lobby for almost a year never see anyone working
...The Man at the front desk was so helpful giving me My Money back! I walked into that room and turned right back around! I have two small children and it absolutely has to be clean, and comfortable for them and My Husband. It wasn't up to Our standards but it wasn't the peoples fault... It was just Not for Us! Thanks anyway!
Dirty, poorly maintained, cobbled fixtures/furniture/lighting. Satellite kept blinking out. A non-smoking room with cigarette burns in both blankets, hair in tub, sticky carpet. No pool access. Called to verify it was pet friendly and the guy was yelling at me. Only thing it has going for it is location.
Don’t be fooled they don’t have any of the amenities the website said. You get a room and nothing else. All the rooms smell like smoke whether you book a smoking or non smoking room. The staff was unpleasant and isn’t there to help.
Awful. Felt very unsafe. Room stunk like cigarette smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. Loud, intoxicated guests hanging out in the walkways. Cockroach crawled on my bed. Many others on the floors and walls, including the bathroom. I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. The pictures are not an accurate representation of this property. Not even close.

Liked: Cleanliness
Light didn’t work in room, bracket in bathroom coming out of wall.
Stay away from this hotel. It was raining hard and the gutters were broken in front of the check-in window so there was about 3 inches of standing water. Upon checking in we were put in a room that was very dirty. Hair grease on the living room mirror, broken luggage rack, floor boards are separated as if the room has had water damage, the tub still had hair products on the sides, the floor was not swept, and very dirty mattresses. I went to the desk and asked to be moved. She asked me to go look at another room. I did go in and look at the mattresses, although not the cleanest they were ok. I glanced at the floors and the bathroom. It appeared the room would be ok to get sleep in. So I returned and told her the rom would do. We took our stuff in and left for dinner and a trip to Walmart. When we returned it was then I started to notice the toilet seat was broken, the towel rack was bent and hanging off the wall, there was gum on the wall by the headboard, the nightstand drawer was broken, there were cigarette burns in the comforter (non smoking room), a white smeared matter on the desk chair. I then booked another hotel at the Holiday Inn Express and went to the desk to get a refund and let her know the condition of the room. The attendant refused to go look at the room with me, said I had only 10 mins to get a refund and it had been three hours since we had checked in. She would not give me the number to the corporate Wyndham office. She refused ti give the refund.
