Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 11:00am. In addition to the above, please close all windows.
Trash needs to be deposited in the secure bear bins at the top of Galaxy Lane.
Turn off bedroom heat and set livingroom thermostat to 60 in Winter and 75 in Summer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Douglas County requires that we as for license plates for all vehicles parking at the condo.
Please use the bear locked bins to throw away trash. Occupants must not leave trash outside as occupant may be cited and fined.
Quiet times are from 9pm to 8am and no parties.
