"I gave most the categories 5 Stars but the overall rating 4 Stars and it really boils down to not being what I was looking for. Was riding the Katy Trail and was hoping for a hotel right in the middle of an area with numerous bars and eating options. This was a ways off the trail and had 1 walkable restaurant. My bad - didn't research it enough - nothing they did."

"It's a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We had fun just sitting on the porch, making friends with the hummingbirds that came to the feeder, fishing and catching, sitting on the dock, playing cards, and more sitting on the porch. There was an inviting firepit all ready to light up, but we were just too tired to make that happen. We also enjoyed looking at all the interesting decor around the log cabin. I highly recommend it if you're looking for peace and quiet."

"We had an amazing time on our weekend getaway! We had 5 couples staying for 2 nights and we all absolutely loved the amenities especially the hot tub and theatre room. We also loved the outdoor upper decks to hang out and used the sauna and hot tub and fire pit both nights. We will definitely be back!"
