Amazing location and friendly host!

This property was exactly what we were looking for when traveling to State College for a football game… a great location, clean, a kitchen and fridge to prep for our tailgate, cozy accommodations. The owners added a nice touch with some waters in the fridge, snacks, and toiletries. The unit runs warm from the heat, so we had to crack a window open at night. The place was nice and quiet, much needed after being out downtown or after a crazy time at the stadium. The unit is off of the owners house and we had room for 2 cars in driveway. As a side note, one bedroom is off of another, so you walk into one bedroom to get into the other. For the price and location, this was great. Thank you again Emily for your great hospitality!

Tv and mattresses

Mattresses should be replaced and cable needs to be installed couldn’t get tv to work even with property manager help
