We are.....PSU Alumni who are excited to share our home with you.
We also have football season tickets. Please inquire if interested. They do not come as part of the rental.
ONLY 3 miles to Beaver Stadium and ONLY 3 miles to downtown State College ($15 Uber ride)!
There's no better feeling than arriving to the house knowing that tailgating for football games or taking a stroll on College Ave. are just minutes away.
ENTIRE house has been recently updated with NEW kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, beds, etc. This home will have you feeling both relaxed and energized for any type of event or vacation.
This ranch style home, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, has all new beds and bedding. There are two bedrooms with queen beds on the upper level. One is a master bedroom/bathroom with a queen bed and bunk bed set. The other is a bedroom adjacent to the common bathroom. Kitchen and main room with 55" HDTV are also on the upper level. Deck off the kitchen with a grill and seating. The lower level has a great room with a table and chairs for eating or playing games and a pull-out sofa bed (plenty of seating to watch the 50" HDTV). The large downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with doors to the backyard. There are also doors off the great room to the outside patio with seating. Backyard has tire swing and tether ball.
We LOVE our home and are excited to share it with you! We will be happy to answer any questions as our goal is to make your stay feel like your home away from home!

Easy access everywhere in state college

We were mostly staying to go to sporting events with the family (basketball game, track meet, etc) and it was a great location to drive anywhere. House was nice and as described, and host was super communicative and helpful.

THON - perfect place to stay

2 families stayed for THON weekend and it was perfect. 2.5 miles to get to the Bryce Jordan. House was just what we needed, beds were comfortable (for the little sleep we got), the kitchen was nice and had all we needed. Kevin reached out before we arrived to make sure we were all set for our stay.

Family stay for wedding

Great place close to campus

Stayed here while moving daughter into Penn State dorms. It’s a quick drive to the campus, downtown, and shops. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room and it was great to be able to spread out. We will be back!

This was the perfect place for us to stay! Came in on Friday to tour the PSU campus for my daughter and to see the PSU Rutgers game Saturday. It was so conveniently located to the campus and stadium just 2 miles away ! Great neighborhood and wonderful accommodations! Clean and spacious with many amenities included!

Great little house in an excellent location!

We lived in State College for decades, and returned to the area for a long weekend. We were all talking about how we'd never fully recognized what a great location Lemont is. It's close to everything! The house is cozy and well appointed, with plenty of seating and two different gathering spaces for when you want to do kids down and adults up! There are some super fun games in the lower level, too, which provided great entertainment when we weren't out enjoying town.

We had a basketball tournament in the area. The house was a great location to all the local gyms we had to travel to. Close grocery stores when needed. The check in process was easy. House had everything we needed and more!

Fantastic Penn State Home

We were moving our youngest into PSU and this property was perfect in every way! After our long 7 1/2!hour drive, we had all the amenities, we had plenty of room, cooked a wonderful dinner on Wednesday night and played a few of the games at the house. Wonderful way to make the Freshman move-in process pain free. Host was FANTASTIC as well!! Will definitely book again!

Great place, very close to PSU.

We stayed for my daughter’s graduation from PSU. The house is very close to PSU and downtown. The house was very clean and accommodated our whole group. We enjoyed a preseason Eagles game on the large tv with space for everyone to sit. The beds are super comfy with sheets and enough towels provided. Kevin was easy to communicate with and responsive for any questions or concerns. We will stay again.

Great location for downtown State College access

Lovely welcome basket and paper supplies. Stayed with 6 other people. Location was one of the best for downtown access we have stayed in at State College. Well stocked kitchen and linens with the exception of a few washcloths short. Comfy living areas and beds. Please be aware that there is no bathroom on the lower level and plan accordingly when figuring out room assignments. This was not a concern for us but may be for older guests or those with young ones. Host was very responsive to communication.

Wonderful Experience, Felt like home.

We had 1 over night stay but thoroughly enjoyed our short visit to the area and this home. Although we were graciously told we could extend our check out time we had to leave earlier than expected due to a kennel issue at home with our dog.Communication with the host was very easy and he was extremely helpful regarding telling us about the area and things we may need. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the State College area. This home and its location has everything you could possibly need . Don't hesitate to book this , it has accommodations for all ages and you will enjoy your stay.

Family PSU Whiteout Game Trip

Communication with the property manager leading up to the stay was very welcoming. The property was clean upon arrival. It's a great house located in a quiet, residential area within State College. The drive to the stadium was only 6 minutes away - which was convenient on game day. The location is not within walking distance to downtown or campus, however the host provided contact information to multiple taxi services that are available (in addition to uber and lyft). Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this home for family trips.
