The upgrade to the Penthouse suite for my mother and father-in-law who also stayed with us was an amazing and thoughtful touch - completely unprompted - and is exceptional. I have never experienced this in all my time flying and staying in hotels, and my respect goes out to everyone who made that happen for them. I will certainly stay here again, as will my parents (who also stayed here! And I am currently still here until next week!) It is a sentiment shared by all. Suggestion: The facility is quite large and easy to get lost. When asked for directions, don’t point or narrate - get up and show specially for PWD’s and Seniors! "
