Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

The area was nice and quiet, the drawers needed to be vacuumed out. Didn’t understand why a charge for stained towels, so for the most part we brought our own. Things that were required upon checking out was a bit much. I usually do some of them anyway but to request it was a lot. Overall the property was nice.
