"My son got stuck in the bathroom. I picked up the phone in the room to call the front desk, no service. I then used my cell phone to call the front desk to tell them the problem, whoever answered the phone just laid it down. I could hear talking & the door chime. I held the phone for another minute or so before I hung up. I then walked to the front desk & told the attendant the problem. He said there was a complaint about that very door the day before. The front desk attendant told maintenance but apparently they did nothing about it. The front desk attendant had to kick the door in. "
