"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage. And the lack of privacy means curtains were always drawn."
