Not that great.
"Check in was fine. The Hotel could use some loving. The outside of the property was sketchy. One room had a board covering a broken window. Trash around certain areas. On a positive the room was clean and it is close to everything. It served the purpose for a sold out football game weekend."

"This was a fun and unique place to stay at. It was all on one floor primarily so there wasn't a need to climb the spiral staircase, thankfully. The hot tub was perfect and the beds were comfy."
