We had a 4 day stay where the second day there was some fault in a system in the hotel and everybody's ac weren't working plus in our bathroom there was problem in the flush so we requested to upgrade our room and the staff was helpful and polite and they did give us upgraded room on our 2nd day onwards

The property was really great, they even gave us an upgrade to a Suite room without asking. There room service and all other services we great. Overall it was really a nice experience.
