"The building was beautiful, room super comfy and the food excellent. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The only minor issue we had was accessibility - there is only a very small lift that we could only just fit our pram into. Additionally, as someone who is pumping milk it would have been useful to have a fridge in the room, which I did call ahead and ask about, but there may have been some confusion.
