Villa Serena is located in the beautiful Dalmatian hinterland, in the peaceful village of Budak, between the cities of Šibenik and Zadar. It offers the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the tranquility of nature, while the nearest beach is only 10 kilometers away. Surrounded by greenery, this villa provides an ideal holiday for families who want to experience the authentic atmosphere of rural life.



The villa can accommodate up to eight guests and has three spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed measuring 180x200 cm, while the other two rooms each have two single beds, measuring 90x200 cm. The spacious living room provides a comfortable space for relaxation with a sofa bed for two people and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the dining area, which can seat up to ten people, making it perfect for family meals and gatherings.



The property is home to domestic animals, giving children a unique opportunity to experience farm life up close and learn about nature.
