Good value accommodation with lovely staff and very clean rooms. The rooms are well equipped, if a little small. If you have any mobility issues be advised the lift is only accessible between 7am and 11pm.

I booked this last minute when another hotel booking fell through. All I knew was that I liked the area it was in and needed a place to sleep but I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and cute it was. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

The stars and service question and rating are subtly skewed as the hotel itself the staff was phenomenal and top tier. However, the restaurant staff on property for Luciano by Gino D’Acampo was utterly horrendous, waited 45 minutes for water refills and only received because I got up to ask for them, not much was done at all about the issue other then restaurant management making excuse of being short staffed, but she couldn’t be bothered to check on us or anyone else knowing that? We received a 20% discount upon checkout and lodging a more formal complaint in the lobby. We had reservations for two months and made it our last meal in the UK and couldn’t had been more disappointed or let down. The hotel nice, their restaurants, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

unfortunately, i was assigned to a room in the basement. the air did not smell good for me never lived in a basement before. At around 12:30 am in the morning while we all were sleeping, the fire alarm suddenly was on for almost one minute and went out of the room and the guy from the adjacent room also came out and wondering what was going on. I did not get an explanation for the early wake up call at all.
