"The Air Conditioning unit was broken and the room was registering at 74*. Front desk staff said you could move to another room. We were there for a wedding and had a ceremony and cocktail hour when they asked us to move. It made the stay less desirable."

"This property was exactly as advertised - it is a charming cottage, immaculately maintained, offered all the required amenities and was in a great location. The check-in process was flawless and there were no problems with residence access. The host's welcome email covered all the required bases and clearly provided contact information should there be any questions. All the appliances were in mint condition. The sofa and bed were extremely comfortable. This is a perfect getaway for a couple in a very quiet location, very spacious and offers easy access to local roads, and convenient to local restaurants and shopping. The back deck is spacious, comfortable and has awesome waterside views. I would not hesitate to reserve this property again in the future."

"It was a great place to have our senior dog, Ellie, with us. The yard is totally fenced so she could safely explore outdoors. There are lots of amenities and outdoor equipment available for summer fun! Unfortunately, our stay was in winter, but the house was warm and cozy. Perfect place for our Christmas celebration!"

"The heat was not on; it took over an hour to take our jackets off. Only two bath towels in this place that sleep 6, I had 5 people that stayed and luckily, I live only 5 minutes away to go get everyone clean bath towels at 9 pm the day before thanksgiving. The dishwasher needed to be un-loaded before I could start cooking our thanksgiving meal. The dryer had a blanket and sheets that needed to be folded. I don't feel the changeover was handled properly. Not even one fork was in the silverware draw. I had to end my stay early but no fault of theirs. A family passes and the wake was scheduled for the 29th in Georgia we left the 27th Friday morning at 5 o'clock "
