"Nice home. 3 stories with a bedroom, bathroom and living room on bottom where I spent most of my time. Kitchen, dining room and another living room on 2nd floor. Really nice, big tv in that room but couldn't watch anything on it. Nothing was connected to it and I couldn't figure out how to get Netflix or Prime video to work on it. Probably just operator error. 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms including the master and two bathrooms. "

"Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. "Poor neighborhood. Very unclean and you could smell all of the narcotics around the property. Deck had missing boards and was unsafe for any children. Beds need to be replaced and the toilets on the bathrooms feel like they are coming off the walls. Sinks sound like they are going to break and barely run water. A/c took two days to go from 81 degrees to 74 degrees. "

"Roomy rental in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Easy access from main roads. Simple check in and check out process. If you need a convenient, economical, and comfortable place to stay in the Spotsylvania area, this is a great option. If you are looking for “all the bells and whistles” this may not be the place for you. Group seating is generally in the dining room. "Our stay for a long weekend for our son’s graduation from Quantico was perfect! Communication, access & WiFi super easy. Owner was kind enough to provide us with a requested extra amenity too! House has plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms with an open kitchen & living room area for all to eat, relax & hang out together. Thank you!!!"
