"This was a really nice little property! It was perfect for our little family of 4 and our kids immediately felt comfortable. It was very clean and had all of the basic amenities you would need! The location was also great for fishing, going to the beach and lots of fun restaurants... I didn't give it 5 stars for 2 reasons... First is that it can be a bit noisy at night from the surrounding neighbors in the nearby campers, having bonfires. The second reason is that we had an issue with the door in the bathroom that leads to the outside. I won't get into the details because I brought it to the owners attention and assured us that it would be taken care of. That being said, we would stay here again, given the door issue is taken care of beforehand. The pros definitely outweigh the cons and overall, we had a great stay!"

"I am so happy with this stay!! We ended up getting engaged on the beach the first morning of our stay, and it was such a perfect weekend. I was under the impression we had beach access, when there is actually a large marsh area between the land and water, but it was still gorgeous and fun!"

"Beautiful home with plenty of space for a large group. Kitchen has a filtered water tap at the sink. Very short drive to town and beach access was just a short walk. We had a great stay! Since the house is in a wooded area by a lake, be prepared to bring bug repellent if you want to spend time outside on the property."

"We booked here for our annual family vacation and were excited that we could bring our dogs. The house, grounds, and view were exceptional. The recently updated house was very clean & comfortable, and had everything we needed. Pluses:* There are a couple kayaks that were nice to use especially when the wind was offshore and the bay was super calm. * The ping pong table in the garage was fun on a rainy day* There is a nice flat top griddle on the patio that was great for cooking breakfast and smash burgers* Two refrigerators helped store all our groceries * Outside tie-offs and toys for the dogsMinuses:* The beach. The beach fell far short of our expectations. There was thick muck at the shoreline that extended 10-15 feet into the water. There was a dock installed to get over the muck, but when you entered the water at the end, there was shin deep slimy silt on the bottom that extended another 25-30 feet out before clearing. We tried to make the best of it but several of our group refused to go in the water at all. We're beach people so it was very disappointing to rent beach front property and have conditions like this, but everything else was great."

"Everything we needed. Very convenient. Though we brought our own grilling supplies (charcoal, fluid, etc.) it was a nice touch that some was already provided. Plenty of activities close to take advantage of. Would recommend."
