Bad experience and poor service at the check-in!
"The hotel was good and new. However the check -in was bad due to unfriendly staff and poor service. It looks like the young receptionists need training in customer service. Also, as gold member, I was not offered early check-in. So I had to leave my luggage and return back at 3pm. Regarding breakfast, ..."
