"The staff was very helpful and provided everything we needed. It's always nice to see a smile. The hotel was very chic and an excellent value in my opinion. The location was excellent. Not in old town, but just steps away. Very safe location. The hotel rooms were roomy and the A/C worked very well. Ahhhh... Love this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone coming for a visit to Freiberg."

"Great hotel in an excellent position with helpful and professional staff. I’m unconvinced about the parking situation - I booked based on a car park and thought I’d reserved such - but alas no. There is a local public car park 230m away which is OK but a faff given the ANPR system doesn’t recognise UK plates. (OK going in but ooops at payment)"

"This was a fantastic hotel in a wonderful city. Rooms were excellent, the hotel lobby area was very spacious and comfortable with lots of seating, and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of foods. The location is very close to a #2 tram stop, which takes about 10 mins to get to the station. Across from this stop is a huge supermarket, Kaufland, and stops for the more direct #3 tram are about 5 mins walk away. Brilliant place to stay."
