"The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, can be quite unfriendly, careless, and unhelpful. I thought it was just with me, but it wasn't. I saw her talking to four more guests, and she was just as rude to them too. I had to wait for my room to be cleaned after until 3:45pm, and the floor was pretty dirty. The only good thing is the transportation options available. It's fine if you're just looking for something to sleep in."

"As the name suggests this is a great place to base yourself for a Berlin trip. Train links 10-15 minutes on foot or 5 by tram/bus.
The room was basically an apartment with all you could need. Clean and tidy."
