"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wo auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Beim Essen war es leider völlig überlaufen, man musste überall anstehen und warten, egal welche Uhrzeit man kam. Dadurch war es im Speiseraum sehr ungemütlich. An der Bar wurde man leider an den Tischen nicht bedient, sondern musste sich die Getränke selbst holen und an einem Abend war es mit einer sehr langen Wartezeit verbunden. "Die Unterkunft selbst ist wunderschön und es ist auf den Bildern nicht zu viel versprochen. Das Irritierende ist die Bezahlmethode vor Ort. Dies muss alles über E-Mail abgewickelt werden, da vor Ort keine Rezeption ist. Den Schlüsselcode mussten wir leider telefonisch erfragen, da dieser nicht per Mail zugesandt worden ist. Wenn man dies allerdings weiß, sollte dies alles kein Hindernis sein. Wir wollen erneut hin. :) "

"Ansich ein schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Schöne Dachterrasse aber leider nicht zu Ende gedacht. Im Großen und Ganzen empfehlenswert wenn man auf einige Sachen hinweg schauen kann. Punkt 1: Leider ist das Thema Frühstück welches nur von 8 bis 10 Uhr angesetzt ist ein minus Punkt. Frühstücksraum zu klein , laut , auch bisschen schmutzig. "Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal im genannten Hotel und auch diesmal war das Zimmer top, ebenso die Lage des Hotels. Zimmerreinigung erfolgt bedingt durch Corona nur noch auf Wunsch und gegen Bezahlung. Handtücher usw. werden jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist prima. Es gibt außerdem ein Bügeleisen, Staubsauger usw."

"Leider gibt es in der Unterkunft kein Deutsches Fernsehen und auch kein Radio. Wir hatten leider eine Badewanne die sehr rutschig war und somit das ein und aussteigen erschwere. Das Personal spricht wenig Deutsch und einige noch nicht einmal Englisch. Wir hatten ein Apartment und haben uns selbst versorgt die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Das schöne ist die Strandnähe und die ruhige Lage."

"The hotel and its location was really nice. Very close to the beach and you can carry your beach loungers from the hotel to the beach. My biggest issue is with the front desk. Very poor when it comes to being friendly and helpful. For a hotel reception, my recommendation is for the staff to be trained to be polite, nice and helpful."
