"The Magnolia was perfect for us, located very close to family in Roebuck. It's comfortable and clean. We did not need the washer or dryer, but might next time. The home does not have a dishwasher, but that was not a big problem. I would recommend one or two floor lamps in the living room to augment the overhead light. AC/hear worked well. We will be back! Thanks!"

"Needed a place with fenced in yard for our dogs while we came down for the IndyCar race. Place was very clean and had plenty of complimentary items to sustain us through weekend - the coffee was a life saver. Great communication with the manager as well because VRBO’s messaging went down and I couldn’t retrieve the code to the door. Host was quick to respond and email me the code since I couldn’t retrieve it off VRBO. All good. "

"We didn't stay! The building was in ill repair. It's OLD and looked really bad. I had NO desire to look at the room. As far as safety goes the lobby is kept locked. We had to go into a door that had a window with a small opening to speak to desk clerk. We forfeited our money we paid to stay the night. My life was worth more than what we paid and lost. Wish someone had been honest and told us how bad it was before we booked. "
