Clean, comfortable, and close walk to AMC and Disneyland. Oatmeal is amazing! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is housekeeping took a huge Disney bag that had boxes from our Disney toys as well as some brand new things from Disney at the bottom and threw it out. We came back to our room and the bag (which wasn’t close to the garbage) was gone. They told us to reach out in the morning. I did and the guy acted like I was lying and after telling him we left to the park housekeeping came in and we returned and largest bag the park has (full of stuff) was gone. The guy said “housekeeping wouldn’t do that, if there was a situation that it even was possible I’m is sure they didn’t do it on purpose and just though it was garbage. But we didn’t find it in the garbage so they didn’t take it”. Ok sir I guess we were robbed then… 🙄 The only thing that he would do is comp us one nights resort fee. The bag was the size of the one pictured but a plastic Disney one. We decided to get these ones after bag was taken. Our do not disturb sign also went missing that night. We asked the front desk for a new one. They said they were out. Rooms are not at all soundproof When we checked out the other front desk employee apologized that housekeeping threw out our bag of Disney stuff. I was happy to get that apology, but not happy the other guy just gaslight us. That being said other than costing us a lot housekeeping did do a good job.

I will say this is a very beautiful hotel. The pool is great. The adult pool on the rooftop was great as well. The prices for the restaurant by the family pool can be a bit expensive but then again that’s typical California prices. The rooftop pool was great. It’s for adults only. Unfortunately the bar for the rooftop pool does not open until 5 o’clock and it’s connected to the restaurant called top of the V. It can be a little pricey, but I enjoyed my stay. I did have some communication issues when it came towards my bill. I would just keep an eye out for that and when it comes to self parking and or valet, there is tax on top of the self parking or valet price, which can be a little misleading I enjoyed my stay regardless of my small bill issue I will say it is very convenient to go to all the amusement parks that are in the surrounding area And highly suggest the bikes that they have to offer to write around early morning it can definitely be enjoyable

Fabulous experience. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Especially while checking-in. Would come back again! Rooms are thoughtfully designed and have amazing views!
