"Restoration by the Tee" is a gorgeous, quiet retreat in Sea Palms Golf Resort. She boasts soaring ceilings in all 3 bedrooms (sleeps 9!), each of which have their own private Full Bathroom. You'll enjoy the cozy gathering spaces which includes a comfy living room + back porch overlooking green space with moss covered Live Oaks.

This beautiful home has been rented via VRBO for years so, while our ownership is new, Restoration by the Tee has been well loved by so many of you already! And we are no strangers to short term rentals. We have been renting out our Cabin in Dahlonega for the past year + have fallen in love with hosting + sharing our love of the mountains/Dahlonega with you all. Naturally, we had to come to the beach next + St. Simons is hands down one of the best spots on the East Coast. We have loved vacationing here with friends + family over past 20 years and are thrilled to have a place to call home in Sea Palms.

Sea Palms Golf Resort boasts a George Cobb designed golf course which was renovated in October of 2019 and is 0.5mile from the Condo. Per Sea Palms website, the golf course has "some of the most breathtaking views on St. Simons Island. Perfect your game under the live oaks and towering pine trees while enjoying sweeping vistas of the surrounding marshes and lagoons. Sea Palms Golf Professional staff offers private or group lessons available by appointment."

Sago is the Resort Restaurant within walking distance (0.5mile) from the Condo and features an award-winning Culinary Team who prepares everything from Southern Classics to Coastal Favorites.

East Beach is our Favorite Beach spot with generous Public parking and easy access! We love to walk to nearby Beachcombers BBQ, ECHO or Barrier Island Brewery for drinks + bites! There are plenty of beach chairs + beach towels for your use so you don't have to lug yours- There is also a great beach service offering Umbrella/Chair set-up if you prefer! They also offer kayak/paddleboard/boogie board/fun cycle rentals and Sailboat ride/lesson!

Walk or Bike all of the generous tree-lined trails which weave throughout the Island. You will be roughly 5 miles to East Beach, 5 miles to St Simons Island Pier Village (shopping/restaurants/lighthouse/Neptune Pool/putt-putt) and 2 miles to Fort Frederica/Christ Church. There are so many amazing restaurants + shopping within 1-5 miles. Island Day Spa is 2 miles from Sea Palms + is the perfect place to unwind and nourish your body + soul!

Perfect family retreat

Amazing space and commodity for a big family.

The condo had a great set up for my big family and we all feel really comfortable. Showers and bathrooms work perfectly and they all were really private for each room. We would totally recommend this stay.

Fantastic stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. The beds were comfy and everyone had their own bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. They even had beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach wagon to help haul everything to thr beach. We had a relating stay and would recommend yhis condo to any family looking for a clean, comfy place to stay.

Great weekend getaway

This property is a great space for friends & family. We travelled with three couples for a wedding and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was also great having three full bathrooms! The property was clean and so cute! Communication with the owners was easy and so helpful. We loved our stay!

Annual Girls trip

Love our annual trip to SSI. Had a lovely time. VRBO is an older town home in Sea Palms Golf community. Quiet location. Great communication and recommendations by host. We struggled to get temps adjusted in all showers and one room was a bit cooler than others but overall great accommodations.

Wonderful St. Simon‘s condo

This lovely, quiet condo on St. Simons Island was everything we had hoped for. The living room had a huge window that overlooked a beautiful green space with a live oak tree, shrouded with Spanish moss. The bedrooms were all spacious and the beds were all comfortable. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Jenny and the neighbors in the surrounding condos were very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this property!

Our fun trip

We enjoyed all our activities on St Simon's and Jekyll Islands. The condo was nice, clean, and convenient. I am not complaining but one of the upstairs beds was uncomfortable. After a couple of nights of missed sleep my friend bought a mattress topper to use. I didn't take a hair dryer (flew). The condo hair dryer didn't work. Also, after some effort, two of us got the water to come on in bathroom showers ( maybe we are weak!) Otherwise everything was fine.Those things would not prevent us renting again.
