Welcome to Island Living at Shadow Brooke, Building 136, Unit 200. This beautiful unit doesn't even need a description - the pictures tell the whole story! Great location off of Demere Road and approximately 2 miles to the best beach access points or the St Simons Lighthouse, Pier and south village area.
This unit is nicely decorated and furnished like it was professionally done. The main living area features an open living and dining shared space - roomy, comfortable and tastefully tied together. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of seating room in the den. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and jetted garden tub. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The second bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has a tub/shower combination.
Enjoy the late afternoons and stay bug-free by sitting on the screened deck off the living area, furnished with a full size sofa and easy chairs. You also have access to the community pool with waterfalls and marsh views. Guests have access to the grill in the storage closet and the single garage for this unit.
You won't regret this choice as you make this your St Simons Island home away from home.
NOTE: This unit is available monthly during December, January, February and March only.

What to Expect in your Unit: • There is 1 TV located in this property. • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

The air conditioning was broken - still has no filter in after repeated reminders and two days of disruption for us. The elevator was broken- again, communicated but not resolved. The pool closed. Nice weather to have enjoyed sitting by the pool and swimming but was never addressed. The rental was clean, pictures were representative and kitchen well stocked. Would not stay there again.
