PRIVATE ELEVATOR, ROOF DECK, AND HUGE PORCH WITH BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS!
Ocean front two bedrooms, three full bathroom home perfectly located only a few short blocks from The Pier Village. You will even be close to St. Simons' newest attraction - the pickleball courts! You have ocean views from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The porches can be accessed by the living room, dining room, den, and master bedroom. There are two gas fireplaces located in the den and living room that are only turned on from January – March. Carol’s Grey Side is one of the hardest rentals to get into. Once you have stayed in this property, you will never want to stay anywhere else! Our guests continue to book year after year, so if you see your dates are available, jump on them and get them booked now! Availability usually doesn’t last long! This property has a large laundry room front load HE washer/dryer. Each of the two bedrooms have private use bathrooms with tub/shower combos. They also have walk-in closets. There is an additional full size bathroom off the living room with a standalone shower and double vanity sink. There is a formal living room and formal dining that has great views. TVs are located in the living room and both bedrooms with streaming only. There is carport parking for two vehicles with extra outdoor seating and easy access to the beach, which is directly in front of this beautiful home! You can access your unit via a private use elevator or the stairs in the hallway. The beach is tide contingent. There is an additional cleaning fee of $200 and a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Any service fees paid to Vrbo are external from our company and cannot be refunded or handled through Golden Isles Realty.
