THE SPACE
Enjoy the ocean breezes on the private balcony located off the family room and master bedroom. There is a private beach access for North Breakers Guests, where the beach is always available regardless of the tide.

Our home consists of a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, hall bathroom with combination tub/shower, master with a king size bed, with shower only and access to the covered patio/balcony, a sleeper sofa in the family room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 6 guests.

North Breakers is a gated community with a private boardwalk to the beach, ocean front pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. There is covered parking in the garage below with plenty of guest parking.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

The condo needs a refresh and the queen bed should be replaced. Sleeping quality is terrible. On the other hand, the location is terrific.

It’s a great place!

The only issue we had is they sent the wrong gate code to get into the property. It took about 30 minutes to figure it out after contacting the number on the key pad for vehicle entry.

All was great! Clean! Friendly! Great location! If I had to say something the microwave was to close to the stove. It made it difficult to use the back burners. Looks like the microwave was to big for the space.

Quiet beachside condo

We loved the condo! It has a well equipped kitchen with great appliances. Full-size washer and dryer were a pleasant surprise. Very tasteful decor. Definitely would rent again. FYI The depth of the beach is considerably larger than any Florida beaches that we have visited so it was a long walk with an infant and all his gear. Not overcrowded though and wonderful packed sand once you get to the water!
