L3 very clean and cozy downstairs two bedroom two baths in one of the premier locations on the island, Ocean Walk. Ocean Walk has the most amenities of any complex on the island. Two pools, tennis, fitness area, fishing. Easy walk to the village area with many great restaurants within walking distance. Pier and lighthouse area are at the end of Mallery (our street) and about 1/2 mile walk. L3 has a king and a queen size bed. Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests. No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways. No glass or pets in pool areas. Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours. Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs. Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use. Smoking is allowed on the patio only. No smoking inside condo. Please close patio doors if you are smoking to prevent smoke/odor from getting indoors. This unit is not pet friendly.

Needed a ground floor for my parents as they can't traverse steps. This was perfect for them. Close to the parking lot and shaded from the trees. Would definitely stay here again.
