King & Prince South Ocean Villa 22

This listing features a 2 bed/2 bath condo available for rent year round. Our rates vary based on the season and length of stay. Our family LLC has independently owned this villa since 2016. Our villa is located at the King and Prince Resort on Neptune Road of Saint Simons Island.

Our 1250 sq ft. villa has been remodeled & modernized . The kitchen is fitted with marble flooring and granite countertops, new cabinets , and appliances. It offers a 27" washer/dryer combo, 38 gallon hot water heater, & living room couch with queen pullout mattress. We have added crown molding & plantation shutters throughout.

There is marble flooring in both bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, both bathrooms feature custom cabinetry with granite surfaces. The master bath has been enlarged and offers a double vanity with walk in shower. The shower is marble, handicap accessible ( 3 inch clearance), and features shower heads on two sides as well as 3 rd detachable hose.

The villa features 163 mph hurricane impact / noise resistant glass facing the ocean. The sliding doors and windows in the bedroom and living room can be opened and screen replaced to experience ocean breezes inside the villa. We have tile flooring & an 8 piece set of teak furniture on the balcony for ocean views, relaxing, and dining outside.

Crabdaddys, Crab Trap, Beachcomber, & Fiddlers are all recommended restaurants within short walking distance. Use Golfnow.com for low cost tee time reservations. Sea Palms Golf is 5 miles from the villa. King & Prince Golf: 12 Miles. Jekyll Island Golf: 20 Miles. Choose a short walk to Ocean Motion for beach wear & bike rentals . See attendant under the yellow umbrella on the beach for chair & Umbrella rentals .
